In the holy month of Ramadan, Human Appeal is proud to be partnering with Al Jazeera. With our 32 years of transforming communities with projects that empower them to become self-reliant, and Al Jazeera’s commitment to truthful, inspiring, and informed reporting, we have the opportunity in this holy month of mercy to empower and support the most vulnerable communities in the ummah.
With your generous support, we strive to fund essential initiatives dedicated to restoring, healing, and fortifying vulnerable communities. This Ramadan, let's ensure no one is left behind. Together, we can radiate mercy for those in greatest need.
£65 – Double Your Donations! Give a Ramadan food parcel to a family, and we'll match your donation, providing another food parcel. That's double the help for families in need!
£300 – Give two mothers and their babies life-saving medical care at Al Imaan Hospital.
£800 / £66 per month – Provide 105 people with access to a water well in Pakistan.
£45 Zakat can provide three olive trees to farmers in Palestine, Iraq or Syria.
£35/month / £420pa – Sponsor a orphaned child, providing food, shelter, clothing, healthcare and school supplies.
£6.50 Fidya – compensates for a missed fast this Ramadan when you have a legitimate reason, providing iftar to a vulnerable person this year.
A year of unimaginable hardship
Since last Ramadan, the world has faced unbearable and unprecedented disasters – earthquakes, floods, starvation, and extreme and oppressive violence. In this month of mercy, families of the ummah are facing – earthquakes, floods, starvation, and extreme and oppressive violence.
We’re working to continue the sunnah of mercy, while helping supporters to seek Allah’s blessings and forgiveness through projects that help families to meet their urgent needs, while building community resources and skills to help them to become self-reliant.
Give today, and seek the multiplied blessings of the holy month.
World-changing projects
In Syria, our hospital in Idlib is a lifeline for tens of thousands of people. Each month, we treat 8,000 people through Al Imaan Hospital and its mobile clinics, including pregnant women and newborn babies.
In Gaza, we’ve been delivering aid every single day since the start of the bombing, providing medicine, nutritious food parcels, clean water, and waterproof, fire-resistant tents.
With 32 years’ experience, our orphan sponsorship programme cares for orphans with a stipend that means they aren’t pushed to work to survive. In fact, with our sponsorship they stay in school and build the skills for a brighter future. Continue the Messenger’s (PBUH) legacy of gentleness to children by sponsoring an orphan.
We’ve been building sustainable water wells in drought-hit regions for 32 years. Each well is overseen by civil engineers and water specialists, ensuring they’re built to last, and with the local community in mind.
All of our projects this Ramadan are Zakat-applicable, and you can tick the Gift Aid box at the checkout when you donate to our Zakat Fund to ensure that every single penny of your Zakat donation goes directly to those who need it most
Be a mercy to families facing extreme violence and unimaginable hardship this Ramadan.
Help us to continue providing lifesaving aid and essential community-building resources in this month of mercy.
