Medical supply shortage in Syria
Syria's healthcare facilities were already strained, and recent earthquakes have worsened the situation. Over 172 health centres are damaged or destroyed, causing shortages of equipment and supplies.
Your contribution will power our teams in Syria to deliver critical supplies to the most vulnerable healthcare facilities. You'll help treat patients, control diseases, and strengthen medical centres. Plus, we'll provide training to all healthcare staff.
Medical treatment for earthquake survivors in Morocco
2,946 people were killed and 5,647 were injured in the devastating earthquake that struck in the remote Atlas Mountains of Morocco on 8 September. More than one month on, survivors still need help accessing medical care.
Help us to provide hospitals treating survivors of the earthquake with critical medical supplies. We’re delivering shipping containers of medicine to Morocco, providing medical equipment such as surgical tools, anaesthesia items, and monitoring and recovery tools.
In collaboration with our partner, Globus Relief, we're making your donation go further by ensuring these life-saving medicines reach patients in Syria and Morocco. Your £1 donation transports £10-worth of medicine to those in need in Syria for a limited time only.
Human Appeal is committed to providing aid in the country or programme that you select. In the event we complete the programme, exceed the required funds, or are denied access to a particular country for reasons beyond our control, Human Appeal reserves the right to reallocate your donation to another programme where it is needed most.
