Ash is an incredibly talented, self-taught baker whose creator career has progressed in leaps and bounds over the past few months. This year alone, Ash was named Content Creator of the Year at the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards on April 30, 2026, as well as being listed in Time Magazine's Top 100 Creators of 2026. He is also a resident chef on C4's food-focussed social page C4 Served, where his creations consistently outperform those of their other creators.

Baker registration tickets are £50, which secures 1 of 48 baking stations and covers all ingredients and venue costs. Each baker commits to raising a £480 fundraising target, which funds 1 full year of life-changing care for an orphaned child.
We provide every registered baker with a dedicated fundraising toolkit, personal support, and top tips to help you hit your goal comfortably before event day.

In the event we complete the programme, exceed the required funds, or are denied access to a particular country for reasons beyond our control, Human Appeal reserves the right to reallocate your donation to another programme where it is needed most.
