£150 to register. £2,500 to raise. The trip of a lifetime, made with women who chose to act.
YES, I’M CLIMBINGToubkal is a serious mountain. 4,167m. 38km of trail. Thin air. Long days.
This is a sisters-only trip — climbed alongside women who, like you, decided to do something hard for someone else. You’ll get tired. You’ll get quiet. You’ll get honest with yourself. And somewhere up there, you’ll meet a version of yourself you didn’t know was waiting.
The reward is a summit you’ll never forget. The reason is a child in Gaza whose life is supported because you chose to climb.
You’ll be met at Marrakech Airport and transferred to Imlil, the mountain town at the foot of Toubkal. Meet your team, get your briefing for the days ahead, and settle in over dinner and hot tea.
Early breakfast. Last-minute kit checks. The trek begins with a short ride through the orchards out of Imlil. The valley falls away behind you. You stop for lunch high above the river, then climb steeply up the valley for the rest of the afternoon, taking in the views before arriving at your lodge for the night.
The biggest day. You’ll set off early to climb to the peak of Jebel Toubkal — at 4,167m, the highest point in North Africa. The final ascent is steep and may involve some scrambling. The reward is a view across the Atlas Range you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life. After summit photos, you descend back to the lodge, then continue down to Sidi Chamarouch for lunch and on to your riad in Imlil. Dinner with your team. Time for it to sink in.
Breakfast, pack up, and your driver transfers you to Marrakech Airport. If you’d rather stay in Morocco a little longer, we can arrange a drop-off at the Marrakech bus station instead.

More than 850,000 children in Gaza have been displaced. They face trauma, hunger and extreme hardship. Families are forced to make impossible choices every day — feeding their children, or keeping them safe.
Despite immense challenges, our work continues. We are supporting 11,619 orphaned children through our sponsorship programme. By supporting the Children of Palestine, you help provide food, shelter, healthcare and hope.
• £40 provides an orphaned child with food, shelter and healthcare for an entire month.
• £480 sponsors a Palestinian orphan for the entire year, providing food, shelter and healthcare.
“I and the one who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise like this” — and he held his index and middle fingers together. [Sahih Bukhari]
Don’t dream of change. Make it happen.
Donate nowNo technical climbing experience is required, but at 4,167m this is a high-altitude trek over 38km — a good level of fitness and training are essential. Full guidance and a kit list are provided after registration.
Yes — this Mount Toubkal Challenge is a sisters-only trip.
The £150 registration fee is non-refundable. All funds raised go directly to the Human Appeal Gaza Orphan Appeal.
The £150 fee secures your place; flights and any separate costs are detailed at the pre-departure webinar and at registration.
Participants must meet the trek operator’s age and fitness requirements. Full details are provided on registration.
100% of funds raised support Human Appeal’s Gaza Orphan Appeal — providing displaced and orphaned children with food, shelter, healthcare and hope through our sponsorship programme.
£2,500 goes a long way for orphaned children in Gaza — £40 provides one child with food, shelter and healthcare for a month, and £480 sponsors a Palestinian orphan for an entire year. Your target could fund a year of sponsorship for several children.
The summit is waiting. Gaza’s children are waiting too. Walk for them.
