FTF Food Parcel Jeruselam

“Whoever gives iftar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.” (Al-Tirmidhi)

£60 – provide a nutritious food parcel to last a family-of-five a week

Almost a third of Palestinians don’t’ have a reliable way to feed themselves. 1.6 million people can’t afford nutritious food. In the West Bank, families struggle with hunger because of restrictions on movement, accessing land, and safety issues.

Charity brings mercy upon those who receive as well as those who give. Be a mercy to a Palestinian family struggling to afford food, and reap the blessings of Ramadan.

Support our Feed the Fasting projects and we’ll make sure your donation provides iftar in Palestine this Ramadan. Help a vulnerable person or family to be free to worship, fast, and remember Allah, safe in the knowledge that they won’t have to struggle for their next meal.

What does my donation provide?

£60 will provide an entire family in Jerusalem or the West Bank with a nutritious food parcel containing around 20 kilograms of nutritious food including flour, rice, sugar, lentils, bulgur, salt, oil and dates. Each food parcel will last a family-of-five around seven days. In all, we want to help a total of 2,570 people through this project.

Why give with Human Appeal?

We’ve been feeding fasting families for over 30 years, in which time we’ve developed streamlined programmes that put the needs of the communities we help first. Last Ramadan, your charity allowed us to provide 178,627 people with iftar across 10 countries, including 45,096 in Palestine.

This year, spread mercy to a vulnerable family affected by oppression and hunger in Jerusalem and the West Bank. Share an iftar with a vulnerable family, and reap the mercy of the blessed month of Ramadan.

Give mercy now.

Please note, if sufficient funds are not raised for a particular project, your donation may be reallocated to where the need is greatest.
