Rohingya Emergency Fund

Be a lifeline for Rohingya and Bangladeshi families

“Whoever saves the life of one, it is as if he saved the whole of mankind.” (Qur’an 5:32)

£240 – Provide a child living on the streets of Dhaka with nutritious food, healthcare, education, and a safe place to go for a year, helping them to get off the streets.

£100 – Provide clean water, sanitation and improved hygiene to 10 Rohingya refugees, protecting them from disease, infection, and floods.

£100 – Provide an emergency pack to a family.

Seventeen per cent of people in Bangladesh are food insecure, and many more are drastically affected by soaring food prices. Families that are led by women are twice as likely to be hit by hunger as those with a male breadwinner.

In Cox’s Bazar, over 900,000 Rohingya refugees are still living in overcrowded and neglected camps, having fled a bloody and brutal persecution in Myanmar.

Help us to support vulnerable Bangladeshi children and families, as well as brutally marginalized Rohingya families.

Urgent repairs in Rohingya camps

Help us to improve conditions for Rohingya families still living the world’s largest refugee settlement in Bangladesh, as well as the most vulnerable in the host communities.

Refugees in Jamtoli camp are still living in temporary shelters, having fled persecution in Myanmar six years ago. There aren’t enough toilets, and many latrines are overflowing with waste, turning to unhygienic during this monsoon season.

Help us to restore and rehabilitate 195 latrines and access to information about good hygiene so that they can fight the spread of disease before it’s too late. We’ll also install 4 tube wells, providing clean water to an area that doesn’t have access to safe water.

Give £100 and help us to rehabilitate latrines, construct urgently-needed water systems, and help fight the outbreak of disease in Jamtoli camp.

Show mercy to a street child

We’re also working to transform the futures of the most vulnerable children in Bangladesh, where a staggering 6.7 million children are out of school. An estimated 350,000 children living on the streets of Dhaka. Help us to build brighter futures.

Be a mercy; £240 to our drop-in centre for street children in Dhaka, and help a child to have food, education, healthcare and a safe space for a whole year.

Be a mercy to some of the most persecuted and vulnerable families in the world.
