With your help for the past several months of Ramadan, we’ve managed to build three towns hosting a total of 2,000 displaced Syrian families. That’s new, long-lasting flats for 10,000 people who were forced to flee their homes in the war. This Ramadan, help us to reach even more, as we begin building our fourth town in northern Syria.
£3,000 or £250 per month - Build a home in Syria: provide a family of 5 with a sturdy, long-lasting home containing a living room, bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Each brick and steel home features a modern design, built to maximize privacy and comfort for families with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a lavatory, and a foyer. Homes are constructed on a concrete foundation and measure 5.87m x 6.37m providing a total living space of 37.5 square meters. The living space includes 6 square meters of green space and its own water tank too. Additionally, each house will be linked to the sewage system and drinking water network to ensure the provision of basic amenities to the residents. All homes are rated to last over 10 years.
Together we can rehome Syrians, one family at a time. With each home we deliver to a Syrian family, we free up vital emergency accommodation, helping two families at this catastrophic time. Please help us expand this project and build more homes.
The rehoming of Syrian families starts here
Syrians who have faced 13 years of conflict, last year had to contend with a series of deadly earthquakes. Thousands of Syrians who had already rebuilt their lives were now newly displaced and faced a crisis within a crisis. With your help last Ramadan, we managed to rehome 1,000 families whose homes were once again destroyed to move into these long lasting homes, helping to minimize the devastation on their lives.
This Ramadan, reap the multiplied blessings of charity by providing a displaced family with a brick and steel home consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen, which will last many years.

A permanent solution to Syria’s uninhabitable camps
When you donate £3,000 or £250 per month, you’ll be directly helping to transform the future of an entire family. Your donation will get them out of tents – which leak in winter, and blister in summer – and into a permanent home in one of three apartment blocks that we’re building.
Each family has an outdoor space and a water tank, and in each town we build a mosque, school, and primary healthcare centre, ensuring that the new town has the chance to thrive.
This project will help families who have spent up to 12 years living in unsuitable tents, struggling for warmth, water, and protection, to finally to have a place to call home, where they can begin to build a better future.

Our unique Syrian Homes will be built with a plaque at the exterior, which can bear an inscription of your own name, the name of / in memory of a loved one, a family member or a message of your choice. A personalised report will also be delivered on completion of your home.

Human Appeal has been changing lives through our projects in Syria since 2013. Last year, we helped 1,039,115 people in Syria through our food, health, shelter, and seasonal projects.

Name plaques will be granted for each complete home at a cost of £3,000.

In the event we complete the programme, exceed the required funds, or are denied access to a particular country for reasons beyond our control, Human Appeal reserves the right to reallocate your donation to another programme where it is needed most.
