Don't just dream it. Do it.

Trek through the mountains. Ride down the river. Clear your heart.

Not a holiday. Not a rest.

A retreat so you can face the world anew.

Join us in Bosnia, on a 6-day journey through the Visocica Mountains, including rafting down the Neretva river. Not just a challenge, this retreat will give you the time you need to reflect on yourself, the world, and your faith, in the company of other sisters.

All this, while amidst stunning scenery and gorgeous vistas, and supporting a great cause, our Sudan Emergency Appeal.

Why Take Part?

When you see the world, you can see yourself better as well. This is not just a chance for you to push yourself and explore the world. It’s also a chance for you to reflect, and get more deeply in touch with yourself and your faith.

But it’s not just for yourself; you’re helping people in Sudan who are facing displacement, conflict, hunger and sickness. And you won’t be alone either; you’ll be joined by likeminded sisters and expert guides.

Support Sudan

Nearly 11 million people have been displaced in Sudan, leaving their former lives behind and facing extreme difficulties. Over 25 million people, almost half the population of Sudan, are facing a food crisis.

Human Appeal is active in Sudan, providing food parcels, hygiene kits for women and girls, and sponsoring orphans, but more support is needed.

Refresh your life, refresh your faith, and support Sudan.
