£57 - Lebanon Lifeline: Provide a family with blankets, mattresses, and pillows

Winter in Lebanon

Even before the devastating conflict across Lebanon, winter for displaced families in southern Lebanon is incredibly tough, with thick snowfall, sub-zero temperatures and, for refugees, social and financial marginalisation.

The brutal conflict, killings, and trauma across Lebanon, especially in the south, will make this winter unbearable, especially for families forced to flee their homes.

In addition to our Lebanon emergency work, providing food, hygiene kits, and shelter, we’re providing winter support in south Lebanon to Syrian and Palestinian refugees and displaced Lebanese families.

This project is Zakat applicable.
