Homes for flood survivors in Pakistan
The Messenger (PBUH) said: Whoever brings ease to one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this life and the Hereafter.” (Sahih Muslim)
£2,400 – provide a family-of-seven whose house was destroyed in the floods with a durable brick home consisting of a room, kitchen, and toilet. (244 square feet)
Flooded out of your home
Eight months on from the devastating floods in Pakistan and 1.8 million people are still living beside stagnant floodwater, at risk of disease. A staggering 806,387 homes were completely destroyed and over a million were partially damaged.
Help us to support a family affected by the floods by providing sustainable, safe brick homes, containing a kitchen and washroom.
A permanent home
Help us to provide permanent, durable homes for a total of 1,365 people affected by the flooding. In Qambar Shahdadkot we’ll be providing 113 families with a shelter consisting of a room, kitchen, and toilet, supporting a total of 650 people.
We’ll also be providing 110 families with a two-room shelter, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen and a toilet. We’ll also install two solar-powered deep water wells nearby to allow these homes to have sustainable access to clean water.
Your charity will support families who were left completely homeless by the floods and in urgent need of support
