Zina is 27 years old and lives in Iraq. Since 18, she has needed surgery for high myopic and astigmatism in her eyes. This refractive error is treatable with a set of implantable contact lens, but they are expensive and out of reach for Zina’s vulnerable family who only earn $6.50 a day.
