We’ll perform your Qurbani as usual during the days of Eid outside of Gaza, and deliver it in ready-to-eat pouches and cans. Families can cook the meat into dishes, or, if unable to, our Qurbani meat is preserved and seasoned, ready to eat direct from the pouch. Both the canned and pouch meat have a 2-year shelf life. One Qurbani share can provide up to 55 meals for the families we support together.

Be ready to save lives
Your sacrifice will be performed outside of Gaza, and transported into Gaza through our trucks as soon as possible. This is fully in accordance with Islamic Qurbani guidelines and allows us to perform more Qurbanis and provide more urgently needed nutritious meat in Gaza, without being restricted by the low number of healthy animals in Gaza. Both the canned and pouch meat have a 2-year shelf life, making them ideal for sustained nourishment during access delays.
Closed borders are not a reason for complacency. It’s on us as the ummah to be ready to nourish Gaza as soon as aid is allowed to enter Gaza, with the most nourishing, most easy-to-eat foods, to allow families to nourish their children and elderly quickly, with calorie dense foods.
Despite the extreme challenges, our local team in Gaza has been working tirelessly to ensure supporters can still give their Qurbani. Human Appeal has a limited number of Gaza Qurbani meat options.
Last year, we supported over 1.3 million people with Qurbani. Even in the middle of war and starvation in northern Gaza, and escalations in the West Bank, we delivered over 15,000 kilograms of meat in Palestine, helping almost 15,000 people in Gaza, and almost 39,000 in the West Bank.
