Syria Emergency Appeal
Although the violence in Syria has receded, and although people are beginning to return to their homes, infrastructure and facilities are still critically damaged. One in four schools has been destroyed, the medical system has been decimated, putting already vulnerable people at even greater risk.
Across Syria, an estimated 11.7 people are still in need of humanitarian support and 6.2 million are displaced within Syria.
Help us provide life-saving medical care to 38,000 at-risk Syrians in rural Aleppo for the next eight months. The care that the Al - Imaan Hospital provides includes malnourishment, diseases, vaccinations, emergency obstetrics, paediatrics and gynaecology. It also provides critical support through the bitter winter months for people with pneumonia, respiratory infections and diarrhoea.
