Provide a vulnerable person with iftar at Masjid Al-Aqsa for £7 this Ramadan.
£10 will pay for a hot nutritious iftar meal for a family of six in Gaza.
Provide a vulnerable person with nutritious iftar meals for the duration of Ramadan for £10.
Provide a vulnerable family with a food pack for the duration of Ramadan for £70.
Where a person is unable to fast due to their ill health, a payment called Fidya is given in substitution.
You can donate any amount you wish to our Feed the Fasting open fund, since we make sure that your donation provides nutritious food to those who need it most.
When a fast is deliberately broken without a valid reason, and the person cannot fast at a later time for 60 continuous days, Kaffarah is payable.
Before the Eid prayer after the fast of Ramadan, every adult Muslim who possesses food in excess of his needs and those of his family must pay Zakat al Fitr (Fitrana).
